Why I have a blog

Since I have decided to get in shape and be healthier, I am looking into my pattern. I always have great encourage but then I give up at the plaque part.

So this time, I want to have a record of what I have been thru. Why I am doing it. Knowing it is not always remembering it. So I want to have a record why, how, what I am doing it. If I ever quit, I will come back and reread this.

I am very encouraged about this operation and being healthy because of the messages I have read at the forums. I think I have not mentioned to you, I am Turkish. I have lived in United States for 6 years. Then I moved back home (after sept.11) I prefer to write this blog in English because expressing my feelings are more easy in English.

I have done the weight loss avatar at http://www.onestopplus.com site. After I have created the model, I have print screen it and crop it. So you can imagine your future look by this 3d modeling. It is very motivating.

anyone who wants to have bariatric operation should visit and read the disadvantages, side effects and advantage of the operation. I will give more information about the operation later in week.
